The essay was written as Goto interacted with a former Hansen’s disease patient, Kim Tegu. The movie focuses on a national sanatorium Nagashima-Aiseien where Kim lives and Hansen's disease, and also discloses the history of tragic discrimination and prejudice that has plagued the patients. "To correctly know the Hansen’s disease and properly act." With this motto in mind, Goto continues her activities.

Using projection mapping, the story makes unexpected developments through dialogs between a Niigata Nippo character "Nick" and a female MC. Travelling through Roman times to the Edo period on a time machine in search of the beginning of newspapers, and getting inside the newspapers are some of the fun approaches taken for learning.

This film features Doctor who cannot stop talking on diabetes and Sand-clock Boy who hates the long-winded lectures and reminds Doctor three minutes are almost over to end the lecture. These two along with staff explain seemingly complex information in a viewer friendly manner, covering a broad range of topics. As gaining correct knowledge on diabetes is the best treatment for patients, the movie could be called “visual medicine.”

Based on their valuable testimonies, this documentary presents the lawsuit details, the deliberation processes, and the effect of the plaintiff’s victory on not only the plaintiff and accused but also the environmental administration.
